Diary Of A Phatbulous Girl; Fat Is a Word, Not a Disease

They call her amina the hippo,amina the whale,the mountain that can't move,rolling stone,etc. Enough with the name calling! No one ever deserves to go through such an ordeal,even if they've been mean. Calling her names won't make her change,it only makes you a bad person. Plato once said "a just man should not make an unjust man worse,otherwise he too will become an unjust man". Eventually amina may commit suicide all because her "size" doesn't fit into this world. Who are you to make the rules? What makes you better than her? No life is ever perfect. There's always one imperfection so you have no right to judge another person. Like the bible says,"remove the log in your eyes before you remove the speck in another person's eyes" Don't use a person's body weight to judge them or damage their self esteem. Overcoming jealousy

There's really no satisfaction. We always want that one thing we can't have. It's a natural phenomenon right? Well that's not where the problem lies. It becomes a problem when you start having negative thoughts about the person you're jealous of. Yes we can't help envying someone but there is a serene feeling of peace when you are contented with what you have and who you are. Not all that glitters is gold. The person you envy for what they have,may have emotional issues deep within that even you can't handle. Ever heard of the term,"what is pleasurable isn't always desirable"? Believe me..it's real. Just so you know,you might have dozens of qualities that the individual you envy doesn't have and wishes to have. So why be jealous? My advice? Just do you. You're the best at being who you are. Don't let jealousy rule your life. Its an instinctive drive that can ruin your life and the people around you. Don't try to drag someon...
